Under water Mp3s

I had an idea about a year ago for an underwater mp3 player i talked to professor tcacik about it. A couple of months ago he sent me an email about how a person got inspired by a cooler to make a waterproof mp3 player. You can imagine how upset this made me that i didn't copyright my idea. This is an example of how fast paced the world of technology is and how one day you can have a stellar idea and the next day someone else will have the same idea and you never know when a new idea is going to be put into action. I think it is interesting that now within months there are tons of companies offering underwater equipment for mp3 players and previously it was unavailable.
